Red and Yellow Barbet Safaris main priority is the safety of our clients, partners and staff. As the pandemic continuously keeps affecting the travel industry, we have placed standard company operating procedures that complies with instructions and directives of the World Health Organization in conjunction with the government of Tanzania ( and other countries). Please get in touch with one of our Safari Professional Experts to know more about the specific requirements you need as it will vary depending on the destinations you will be visiting.

Plan your Safari with no worries

For all bookings made between June 2021 till December 2021 that are and will be affected by the pandemic restrictions and implications, you are guaranteed to:

100% full refund if cancelled at least 60 days before your tour commence

If COVID-19 travel regulations and restrictions are in place in the country of your origin or destination and/or other comprehensible restrictions that inhibits your ability to travel due to possible difficulties related with COVID-19, you may cancel your booking without cancellation fees at least 60 days prior to travel *. This is pertinent to all trips booked for travel commencing on or before the 31st of December 2021.

You may cancel your booking for the following reasons:

  • The country of your origin is on lock down and all borders are closed 60 days before your tour commences
  • Your destination country is on lock down and all borders are closed 60 days before your tour commences
  • Your international flight is cancelled 60 days before your tour commences and no alternative flights are availablep

Cancelling your booking for any other reasons not listed above is subject to our normal cancellation policy, however you may defer or reschedule your tour on a later date.

Are in place in the country of your origin or destination and/or other comprehensible restrictions that inhibits your ability to travel due to possible difficulties related with COVID-19, you may reschedule your tour at least 60 days prior to travel and 100% of your deposit can be reused towards your new booking*. This is pertinent to all trips booked for travel commencing on or before the 31st of December 2021.
